The work must go on! So what can you do so you don’t fall too far behind?
- Make sure you have been checked out and you know it is not serious
- Keep hydrated – as well as the medical reasons it keeps you alert
- Choose the work that doesn’t need heavy concentration
- Work in 10 minute chunks – you may drift after this anyway
- Get fresh air – it will clear your brain and energize you
- Get plenty of rest – don’t push it, your body and brain need time to recover.
