A very busy week this week has left me breathless and having to focus extra hard on my priorities. We are having our annual Burns Night Party to celebrate our Scottishness, and to try and teach all our friends how to do Scottish dances! It is a lot of fun, but needs a lot of preparation. With so much on the go at the same time I found myself wondering where to start with this mammoth task - and it came to me - elephant burgers! This is one of my favorite techniques for making tasks manageable and banishing procrastination -check out this week's article for more details.
